Session 3:        Risk Treatment – Risk Control

Development and effectiveness of risk controls.  Contingency planning; standards and guidelines.  Acceptable risk.

Session 4:        Risk Treatment – Risk Financing

The concept of risk financing, total cost of risk.  Review of financing techniques of risk transfer, retention and insurance.

Session 5:        Corporate Governance, Reporting, Monitoring, Embedding

Development and requirements of codes and corporate governance for public and private sectors.  Key requirements for embedding a risk management culture in an organisation.
