Managers, supervisors and those involved in workplace inspections and accident investigation. |

| Aims: |
This one-day course examines the human contribution to workplace accidents and looks at ways of eliminating the unsafe act, which could contribute to an accident or dangerous occurrence. |

| Objectives: |
On completion of the course delegates will be able to:
- conduct a risk ranking exercise in their area of responsibility
- identify areas where the perception of risk differs from identified risks
- select subjects for an effective safety campaign
- identify unsafe actions
- correct unsafe actions
- identify remedial action to be taken to eliminate the root causes of unsafe acts.
