Reservations and payment

Provisional bookings may be made by telephone or e-mail. A booking form must be completed and sent to us to secure a place on the course On receipt of your booking form an invoice will be sent for the full amount no earlier than three months before the start of the course. Our payment terms are 30 days from the date of the invoice. Once we have received payment your place on the course is secured. If your company requires a purchase order number with the invoice it must be included on your booking form. Accommodation or evening meals must be paid for separately.

Cancellations

The Safety Training Unit Ltd reserve the right to cancel or alter the dates or provision of services and venue. In the event of cancellation, bookings will normally be transferred to the next available course unless the client specifically requests otherwise.

Written cancellations must be received 30 days prior to commencement of the course. The following charges will become payable for late notification of cancellation:-

30 days prior to commencement of course 0%

14-29 days prior to commencement of the course 50%

0-13 days prior to commencement of the course 100%

If a delegate books onto a later course then 50% of charges incurred will be deducted from the next invoice.

Should the booking include the cancellation of residential accommodation, all costs relating to this will be passed onto the client.

Withdrawal from Course

If a student withdraws from any course after the start date no refund will be given.
